The Expo 2020 in Dubai was superlative in all senses. The scale of the site, the size of the pavilions and the peaceful mix of cultures made this event truly remarkable. Our team could meet people from several countries, exchanging ideas and getting informed about the contemporary world by real people. In regards to the architecture, there were some masterpieces designed by architects like Christian Kerez and big companies like Foster and Partners and Santiago Calatrava. Therefore some Inspiring ideas about sustainability were for us the absolut highlight. The façades of the Moroccan pavilion were built with rammed earth, the largest of its kind to date. The Singapore pavilion showcased how to use plants and green to create mindful spaces. The Austrian hub was also a masterclass regarding low-budget solutions for climate issues.
