The project was completely developed to be suitable for a city with extreme hot weather. The formal issues were defined to avoid the external heat. The third slab was placed to create shadows on the the house, because in this region of the planet, 60% of the heat comes on the roof. To reach a better energy efficiency, this project was created and developed after a huge study of the correct position in relationship of the solar movement along the year. After its completion the energy consumption is really lower than similar buildings.
